Caroline Springer has over 10 years of experience in LL.M. admissions and advising LL.M. candidates on issues related to job search strategies and career planning. After clerking for a federal judge in Baltimore, Maryland and then working as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division for close to eight years, Caroline returned to Georgetown Law first working in the Admissions Office and then moving over to the Office of Graduate Careers. While a J.D. student at Georgetown Law, Caroline was a Law Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department, the Managing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review<\/em> and participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic. Caroline graduated cum laude<\/em> from Princeton University and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. She holds a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from Rutgers Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n Bridget began her practice in the office of Governor Markell of Delaware before becoming General Counsel at a renewable energy company. As a Partner at SC LLC, she managed complex tax audits, structured renewable energy transactions, and negotiated with state utility commissions to achieve significant compliance and liability efficiencies. Her work in private practice was complemented by her service as a Council Member for the Town of Kensington, Maryland, where she spearheaded local sustainability initiatives and infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n She worked at the Washington National Tax practice at KPMG in the indirect tax and excise tax section before coming to Georgetown.\u00a0 Bridget is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, and she holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n Caroline T. Ruth Ann Castillo, Assistant Director<\/h2>\n

Ruth Ann Castillo earned her J.D. from Georgetown Law, where she represented tenants in landlord\/tenant disputes through the Harrison Institute for Public Law. After clerking at the D.C. Superior Court, she worked at U.S. Food and Drug Administration\u2019s Office of Chief Counsel for nearly eight years. At the Office of Chief Counsel, she first served as a litigator and then as a counselor to the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, specializing in over-the-counter and generic drug issues. After working as a college admissions coach and essay advisor, she returned to Georgetown, first to the career center at Georgetown University\u2019s Walsh School of Foreign Service, and then full circle back to Georgetown Law\u2019 Office of Graduate Careers. She currently is in the process of completing her ACC coaching certification through The Academies. Ruth Ann also has a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University.
