She\u00a0relies on years of experience and training in leadership development, executive coaching, and career advising in both the private and public sectors to assist clients to achieve their professional goals, make teams work more productively, as well as\u00a0partnering with executives through positive transitions and transformations.<\/p>\n<p>She\u00a0is passionate about helping leaders at all levels be the best they can be. Sandra is committed to creating a collaborative,\u00a0trusting and respectful environment where leaders can leverage their strengths, explore new perspectives, and uncover innovative solutions to reach their maximum potential.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra is originally from Panam\u00e1 where she earned a law degree\u00a0and later obtained a Master of Laws from Tulane University Law School. She has over 20 years of experience as a career coach, eight of those as the Director of Graduate Career and Professional Development at Georgetown University Law Center.\u00a0Since July 2014, Sandra has served as an independent contractor at Georgetown University\u2019s McDonough School of Business where she has provided\u00a0coaching services to students enrolled in the M.B.A., Executive M.B.A., and the Global M.B.A.\u00a0 In addition, she\u00a0was selected as one of the first external coaches vetted by the Georgetown University Alumni Association to\u00a0partner with graduates and has served\u00a0in that capacity for four years.<\/p>\n<p>She is certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator\u00ae Practitioner, as a Certified Mentor Coach, at Using Type in Career Counseling and\u00a0in the Hogan Assessments Leadership Forecast Series. She is a Value-Added Associate for TTI SI [behaviors (DISC), motivators, acumen, competencies, and emotional intelligence assessments], and is currently working on a Certification in Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness (MBSAT).
