The Center on Transnational Business and the Law provides research assistant positions for current Georgetown University Law Center JD and LL.M. students.
Ananya Bhagat
Ananya is a research assistant with the Center on Transnational Business and the Law. She is specializing in International Business and Economic law with an arbitration certificate, as a merit scholar at Georgetown this fall. She is also an Event Co-Organizer for the Georgetown International Arbitration Society (GIAS). Prior to Georgetown, Ananya has worked for over 7 years, first as a corporate lawyer in structured finance, private equity and real estate, and then as a disputes lawyer focused on insolvency and arbitration (primarily domestic ad hoc arbitrations) at a tier-I law firm in India.
Rafael Mozo Sierra
Rafael is a research assistant with the Center on Transnational Business and the Law. He is an LL.M. candidate and merit scholar at Georgetown Law Center. Prior to starting the program, Rafael graduated at the University Pablo de Olavide of Seville, and pursued a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance at the University Pompeu Fabra, in Barcelona. Rafael has worked in different international law firms in the past 10 years, specializing in Banking & Finance and international Project Finance.
