Paul R. Dean Alumni Awards
Established in 1994, the Paul R. Dean Alumni Awards are given annually to graduates of Georgetown Law who have exhibited leadership to their alma mater and to the legal profession. The award is named after Paul R. Dean, who served as the Law Center's tenth dean from 1954 to 1969. Under his visionary leadership, Georgetown Law became one of the nation's elite law schools. Because of his impact, he is often referred to as the 'founding dean' of the modern law school. Click here for a list of past recipients of the Paul R. Dean Alumni Award.
The recipients of the 2014 Robert F. Drinan, S.J. Public Service Award and Paul R. Dean Alumni Award will be announced this spring.
