Solutions to gender inequality may not fall neatly into our current infrastructure. We may need to think creatively and be willing to reimagine our existing systems. The Pink Tax Deduction asks us to rethink our tax code to ensure systematic discrimination against women in the tax code in the form of implicit bias is replaced with explicit bias favoring women.
