Call for Papers: Vol. XXV General Issues

The Journal is now reviewing submissions for Volume XXV. The Journal looks for articles or notes that further the Journal’s mission of advancing legal scholarship and examining the intersection between sexuality, gender and race. The Journal seeks to present a thought-provoking collection of pieces on diverse issues from a variety of perspectives. The Journal strongly encourages authors of diverse backgrounds to submit their work for consideration. Highlighting work from authors of varying backgrounds is critical to the mission of the Journal.

Submission Deadlines:

The Journal will begin reviewing articles in May 2023 and will continue to do so on a rolling basis.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION:

Submit documents in Microsoft Word where possible. To ensure prompt review of a submission, authors may also email their work to lawgenderjournal@georgetown.edu and indicate in the subject line, “New Submission – Author’s Last Name”.

Student Notes Submissions

The Journal is excited to offer the opportunity for students to enter an academic dialogue with leaders in the field of feminist and gender scholarship. The Journal welcomes submissions from students from Georgetown Law and other schools.

Submissions should be emailed lawgenderjournal@georgetown.edu with attention to Student Notes Editor. Please include your name and the title of the article in the subject line.
