Symposium 2018: Call for Submissions
The Journal is currently accepting submissions for its 2018 Symposium Issue entitled Shaping American Nationalism: An Examination of Immigration Law, Sexuality, and Gender. The Symposium will focus on topics such as asylum law, detention, domestic violence, reproductive rights, and citizenship and parentage. However, we will consider any article addressing the intersections of immigration law, gender, race, and sexuality.
Submissions will be accepted through October 1, 2018 for publication in the March 2019 Symposium issue. Selected authors will also be invited to present their work at the Symposium at the Georgetown Law Center on November 9, 2018.

General Issues for Volume XX
The Journal is currently accepting submissions for Volume XX in January 2018. The Journal looks for articles or notes that further the Journal‘s mission of advancing feminist legal scholarship and examining the intersection between sexuality, gender and race. The Journal seeks to present a thought-provoking collection of pieces on diverse issues from a variety of perspectives, including theoretical and practical pieces.
The Journal reviews submissions on a rolling basis.
Submit documents in Microsoft Word where possible. To ensure prompt review of a submission, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate in the subject line, “New Submission – Author’s Last Name”.
Student Notes Submissions
The Journal is excited to offer the opportunity for students to enter an academic dialogue with leaders in the field of feminist and gender scholarship. The Journal welcomes submissions from students from Georgetown Law and other schools.
Submissions should be emailed email@example.com with attention to Student Notes Editor. Please include your name and the title of the article in the subject line.
