Andrea Woods HeadshotAndrea G. Woods served as Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel for a large, national construction firm for all levels of the enterprise, affiliated companies and their respective boards of directors from 2005 to 2021. The first female board member elected to the company’s parent group, Andrea negotiated complex, multi-million-dollar agreements in private and public industry segments, developed and implemented programs empowering leaders to execute their responsibilities effectively and ethically, and established a centralized legal function.

Andrea’s experience includes leading a wide range of diverse interest groups to develop and complete projects, including employers, elected officials, industry managers and associations, victims’ rights advocates, and law enforcement. Accustomed to leading diverse teams in project creation, planning and completion, Andrea also has experience in problem solving, conflict resolution, and mediation.

Andrea is a member of the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission and the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. Woods also served on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors with two terms on the House of Delegates. She is former Chair of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and the Conway Regional Health System Board of Directors.

Andrea is pursuing an LL.M. in National Security Law with a Certificate in International Human Rights at Georgetown University Law Center.
