Keti Korkiya HeadshotKeti Korkiya is a Post-Graduate Fellow at the Georgetown Law’s Center on National Security. She earned her LL.M in National Security Law from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2024, and an LL.M in International Law from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in 2021, in Tbilisi, Georgia. Keti also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Essex in Colchester, UK.

Before joining Georgetown, Keti served as the Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Program in International Law at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. Keti’s professional and academic pursuits are deeply rooted in National Security Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law. She has previously interned at the Protection Unit for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Consular Department of the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tbilisi, Georgia.
