Letter from the Editor

by Josh Hyland

Dear Reader,

The Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy gratefully presents the final issue of Volume 23. The annual Special Issue presents a symposium hosted by our partner, the Georgetown Institute for the Study of Markets and Ethics. This year’s symposium is dedicated to expounding “The Ethics of the Rule of Law.”

As we close the pages of our third and final issue in this volume, the Journal is grateful to you, our readers, for your time and attention; to our esteemed authors, for their contribution to legal scholarship; and to our Board of Directors, for their guidance, and their foresight in establishing this Journal to stand among the publications presented by Georgetown Law. Lastly, I express my sincere thanks to the Editorial Board who persevered through the tumult of final exams and 3L year to publish this issue, and, on behalf of the Board, to our dedicated staff. Your diligence and acumen are reflected on every page.
