Students: How to Pitch Pieces
SALPAL is seeking thought-provoking articles on state and local government from current law students.
As part of our work, SALPAL hosts student writing on our site. Please send us your short pitch (up to 150 words) for an article that fits in with SALPAL’s mission and scholarly focus. Short articles tend to be approximately 1500 words.
SALPAL is soliciting articles in the following subject areas: COVID-19 and the States; Elections, Voting Rights, Redistricting and Gerrymandering in the States; Racial Justice and Equity Issues for States and Cities; Climate Change and the States; Strengthening City Power (the role of cities on the global stage); Preemption of City Authorities by States.
