On Monday, February 14, 2014, The Georgetown Environmental Law Review hosted its Volume 26 Symposium: Sustainable Development: Renewable Energy Sources, Technology, and Administration. The event brought in practitioners to discuss new ideas and technologies that impacted the availability and competitiveness of renewable energy sources, including financing and legal challenges facing the industry. Panelists also offered analysis on how the administrative process can be used to shape renewable energy regulations and development, including a discussion of negotiated rulemaking.
