Since our last 5 year reunion, I have been at the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) as Senior Litigation Counsel bringing actions against administrative agencies or defending against them on constitutional grounds. I currently am counsel of record in two cases before the Supreme Court, Murthy v. Missouri (social media censorship) and Relentless v. Commerce (Chevron deference). Except to clerk in NJ, my family and I have stayed in D.C. and Virginia since graduation (Rebecca and I celebrate our 25th anniversary this year). I return to Georgetown Law with some frequency given the proximity but am hoping to see many who don't get out here often to see the transformed campus.
