Tech Institute Distinguished Fellow Jessica Rich to Testify Before Senate on Enhancing Data Security

Jessica Rich, a Distinguished Fellow at the Institute for Technology Law and Policy, will testify on Wednesday October 6 before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
The hearing is titled “Enhancing Data Security” and will address major cyber security threats and how the FTC can address those threats. Jessica Rich is the former director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection and currently is Of Counsel at Kelley Drye. The hearing will be livestreamed on the Senate website starting at 10:00AM Washington time.
