Prior to joining the Institute, Alice was an associate at Wilson Sonsini, working on general corporate matters for emerging companies. She worked as a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic while at Georgetown Law. She also held internships in the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the tax consulting division of KPMG, a boutique SaaS-focused investment bank, and several tech companies.

Alice holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
