Yuqian is a J.D. candidate and Tech Law & Policy Scholar at Georgetown Law. In 2023, Yuqian was a Summer Associate at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP. Before law school, she worked at Han Kun Law offices in Beijing, focusing on a variety of IP related matters. Yuqian holds a B.Eng. in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong. She is currently interested in legal issues related to patents, AI, and open source software.

In her free time, Yuqian enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and Chinese calligraphy. Yuqian is a native Mandarin speaker.
