Annabelle is from New Haven, Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University where she developed a foundation in technology management principles and practices. Before law school, Annabelle worked at Yale University in multiple capacities, including as a Business Analyst where she communicated technical information, facilitating negotiations, and developing process improvement strategies within Yale’s web development team. Her tenure at Yale includes contributions as a Computer Support Technician and a Student Technology Program Manager, where she solved complex computer issues and led digital initiatives for campus technology support.

Annabelle’s experience as an Access Fellow at Yale Law School, a program designed for individuals who have overcome educational inequities, showcases her commitment to bridging the gaps between race, socioeconomic status, and educational opportunities. She was awarded the Katie Vale Scholarship by NERCOMP, which highlights her emerging leadership and dedication to accessible technologies in the higher education space.
