Kristen LeslieClass of 2026

Kristen graduated summa cum laude from Howard University, with a B.A. in International Affairs and a minor in Political Science. As an undergraduate, she served in various internship positions, including working as a research intern for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee and a grassroots intern for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee. In addition to her internships, Kristen actively participated in student organizations, notably serving as an Academic Affairs caseworker in the 60th administration of the Howard University Student Association.

Following her graduation, Kristen embarked on her professional journey at Dewey Square Group in Washington D.C. There, she assumed the role of an Associate within the grassroots practice group. In this capacity, Kristen leveraged her background in advocacy and politics to help lead multi-state issue advocacy campaigns on behalf of a diverse clientele, including companies, advocacy organizations, and non-profits.

Kristen’s work spanned three key areas of focus: antitrust concerns, clean energy initiatives, and educational advocacy. She collaborated closely with clients to tailor campaigns that encompassed a comprehensive toolkit, ranging from grassroots mobilization and data-driven analytics to public opinion research and strategic social media engagement.

Prior to attending Georgetown Law, Kristen also worked as an SEO law fellow at an international law firm. In her free time, she enjoys film photography, baking, and taking weekend trips. Kristen is eager to learn more about technology law and public policy, especially as it relates to antitrust matters.
