Class of 2025

Sean seeks to help local, state, and federal policymakers craft an effective intergovernmental strategy that tackles long-term technology challenges of common concern. In his first job at the US Justice Department, Sean helped to coordinate 30+ state attorneys general in a joint effort that blocked the largest proposed merger in the history of the US health insurance industry. Later, he became the first community manager at Apolitical, a digital learning platform for government, growing the network from launch to 110,000 policymakers across 170 countries. Last summer, he supported the Colorado Attorney General’s Office as it wrote first-in-the-nation regulations on automated decision-making and data protection assessments.

After working in Chile and the UK, Sean is currently pursuing a joint-degree between Georgetown Law and the Harvard Kennedy School.
