Henry Huntsberry HeadshotScot Huntsberry is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and currently works as an Investigations Specialist with Sheppard Mullin’s Government Contracts Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, DC office. During his twenty-year tenure with the FBI Scot served in the Charlotte, Jacksonville, and Jackson Field Offices as well as FBI Headquarters in the Cyber, Inspection, and Training Divisions. In the field, he supervised both Cyber Crime and Violent Crime Task Forces. He has significant investigative experience in the areas of Digital Forensics, Violent Gangs/Narcotics, Civil Rights, and Public Corruption. Scot’s specialty assignments included FBI Evidence Response Team member, Crisis Management Coordinator, and Certified Digital Forensics Examiner.

In addition to his investigative activities with Sheppard Mullin, Scot supports the firm’s commitment to its partnership with Georgetown University Law Center’s Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement (ABLE) Project. Through his work as an ABLE Instructor, Scot trains police officers to effectively intervene to reduce misconduct and mistakes, while promoting health and wellness within the law enforcement community.
