On October 10, 2019 CAROLA, along with Michael Matera, the Americas Program Director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), hosted a roundtable discussion with several judges from Argentina. The roundtable included the participation of Linn Hammergren, a Consultant on Justice Reform and Lisa Bhansali, an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law and Senior Adviser of the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank.

The event culminated with a public lunch discussion with Carlos Alberto Mahiques, President of the Federal Criminal Appeals Court of Argentina.
