ICAP v. Baltimore Police Department
ICAP sought records under the Maryland Public Information Act to shed light on the Baltimore City Police Department’s compliance with legally mandated transparency practices, achieving a favorable settlement in which the Department provided six months of fee waiver data and agreed to start affirmatively tracking its responses to fee waiver requests.
