ICAP assisted the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol in its defense against a lawsuit by Donald Trump seeking to enjoin the release of Presidential records from the National Archives containing White House communications relating to the events on and leading up to January 6, 2021.
