Frazier v. Prince George’s County

ICAP represents plaintiffs challenging the pretrial detention system in Prince George’s County, Maryland, that allows the jail to decide who is incarcerated prior to trial.

ICAP has partnered with Civil Rights Corps to represent Plaintiffs in this case.

  • 5/1/23 – Filed an opening brief in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • 1/24/23 – Order issued by District Court granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motions to dismiss
  • 10/10/22 – Filed a reply in support of a motion for a preliminary injunction and a response to defendants’ motions to dismiss
  • 7/19/22 – Filed a complaint
