On November 30, 2017, Vidal Llerenas, Representative in the Mexican Congress for the MORENA Party, presented his book “Una política industrial para México basada en la innovación: un enfoque incluyente, sostenido y sustentable.” The book discussion was moderated by CAROLA’s Professor Alvaro Santos, and co-hosted by CAROLA and Georgetown’s Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS).
