Brief Bio
Dr Ittai Paldor joined the Law Faculty at the Hebrew University in 2015. He teaches antitrust law and civil and criminal procedure. His research focuses primarily on competition, procedural law, and various areas of law and economics. Dr. Paldor obtained his bachelors and masters degrees from the Hebrew University, and his doctoral degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Paldor was a post-doctoral fellow of the Law and Economics Forum at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law.
Prior to joining the Hebrew University Law School Dr. Paldor practiced antitrust law and civil and criminal litigation. He worked as a section-chief and as a criminal prosecutor for the Israeli Antitrust Authority. He was subsequently a partner and head of the litigation department at a law firm specializing in commercial law. During his time in practice Dr. Paldor was an Adjunct Professor, teaching antitrust law at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law.
