Rent

For the Fall 2019 semester, the total rent for the period of the tenancy at the St. John Street studios is £6,629.48.

For the Spring 2020 semester, the total rent for the period of the tenancy at the St. John Street studios is £6,679.33.

Rent includes utilities and internet access and is paid upfront in a single installment.
