Brief Bio

Roger Boada Queralt is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at ESADE Law School, Barcelona. He holds both a PhD in Law and a Bachelor of Laws from ESADE Law School, as well as a Master of Laws from Duke University. His present research focuses on Constitutional Theory, particularly on the limits on State power in the School of Salamanca. He is currently completing a book manuscript entitled “Limits on State Power in the Thought of Francisco de Vitoria and Francisco Suárez.”
