The Georgetown Law Institute for Technology Law & Policy welcomes Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee and a senior member of the Senate Judiciary, Finance, and Environment & Public Works Committees. Sen. Whitehouse and his Chief of Staff, Monalisa Dugué join adjunct faculty member David Goodfriend for a discussion on technology policy, how they view the Supreme Court and what has influenced it, climate issues, and the role of staff in the legislative process.
