Anaí is a Master of Law candidate at Georgetown University Law Center, expected to graduate in May 2024. As a Fulbright Scholar, she has demonstrated academic excellence and commitment. Her study field interests are focused on Property, Contracts, Land Use Real Estate, and Housing Law and Policy. She is a Research Assistant to professor Michael Diamond on Corporations and Housing topics and is a Fellow of the Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL).

In terms of professional experience, Anaí has an extensive background in corporate law. Most recently, Anaí worked as the Legal Chief of Projects and Commercial Affairs at Urbanova Inmobiliaria S.A.C., a real estate company belonging to the main economic group (BRECA) in Lima, Peru. Before this role, Anaí worked in major companies in the telecom industry in Peru and gained experience in law firms handling corporate matters. These experiences have equipped Anaí with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in corporate transactions and an interest in business and economic law in international scenarios that can contribute to development and trade as such efforts can provide opportunities for expansion and growth to our societies in an unparalleled manner.
