Chang is an LL.M. student at Georgetown Law, where she is obtaining her second master of laws degree. Chang has passed the PRC bar and she speaks Chinese and English.

Upon graduating from Renmin University of China, she practiced in two top U.S. big law firms based in China for several years, working in capital markets. She has experience on advising clients about matters of public offering and debt offering as well as corporate compliance. 

Given her background, Chang’s particular interest is to explore how international economic law influences and intersects with cross-border transactions in private sectors.
