Chloe Skorupa is pursuing joint J.D. and M.S. degrees at Georgetown University. Her Master of Foreign Service concentrates on Global Politics and Security. Chloe received her B.A. with General Distinction in Political Economy, concentrating in International Political Economy and Arabic, from the University of California, Berkeley. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate careers, she has studied international economics and globalization. Chloe’s particular interests lie in international development as well as the intersection of economics and national security. 

At Berkeley, she worked on research initiatives including an international law project sponsored by the Department of Defense. Since then, she has interned with the Department of State, a former ambassador, and a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC), focusing mainly on national security matters. At Georgetown Law, she is also a Global Law Scholar and Human Rights Associate.
