Dhari is a fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law and an LL.M. student at Georgetown University Law Center, specializing in International Business and Economic Law and WTO Studies. An LL.B. graduate with honors from the University of Warwick, his undergraduate research focused on Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) and decolonizing international law with a focus on international institutions and financial organizations. 

At Georgetown University, Dhari focuses his studies and research on international development and trade, emphasizing reform to ensure a more inclusive and sustainable future for international economic law. Dhari currently represents Georgetown in the John H. Jackson WTO Moot. He is also a research assistant for a project seeking to develop “Micro Dimensions to International Economic Law.”

Dhari is fluent in Arabic and is conversational in French. As an aspiring academic, Dhari is eager to develop a skill set premised on a deeper understanding of international economic law and the implications of trade and development policies on developing countries and poorer populations.
