Drew Knauss is currently a 1L at Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, he is a 1L representative for the Georgetown International Law Society. He graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in International Relations in 2021. During his undergraduate career, he interned with industry associations and the U.S. Department of Commerce. His dissertation explored the non-security motivations of several Eastern European states for joining NATO.

In the future, Drew hopes to combine his experience with International Relations and International Law to improve international trade and to advance international development. His interest lies in regional organizations such as ASEAN and with the harmonization of regulations across borders, with a special focus on labor rights.
