Ke Dong is a fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law and an LLM student at Georgetown University Law Center. Her primary areas of interest encompass International Trade, Globalization, and Financial Technology and Regulation.

Prior to attending Georgetown Law, Ke earned her Juris Master degree from Peking University. She then embarked on a five-year legal career as an antitrust and competition lawyer in China. She worked at the Beijing office of Zhong Lun Law Firm as an associate. During this time, she assisted the team with representing multinational companies facing antitrust investigations initiated by governmental agencies. She has experience in representing companies in antitrust litigations, from both the plaintiff and defendant sides. The cases Ke has participated in span various industries, including chip manufacturing, telecommunications, semiconductors, e-commerce, and the automobile sector. She also has experience in corporate compliance matters.
