Natasha H. Sarna is a J.D. candidate at Georgetown University Law Center, originally from New York City and Nyack, New York. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude with highest degree honors from Harvard College in joint English and Philosophy and holds an MSt from the University of Oxford in English 1550-1700, where her dissertation focused on utopian feminist literature in the Early Modern period as a tool of self-fashioning. Natasha speaks English and French fluently and is conversational in Hebrew.

Since coming to law school, Natasha has focused particularly on international law, issues in labor, human rights, and political economy. After her first year at Georgetown, Natasha worked in Steptoe & Johnson’s International Trade and Regulatory Compliance practice at their Washington, DC headquarters. After her second year, Natasha worked in the Capital Markets practice at Clifford Chance, London, where she will return after graduation. Natasha is also a research assistant for Professors Álvaro Santos and David Koplow, the Senior Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and has participated in both the International Economic Law and the Human Rights Institute practica.
