Príamo Simó is a candidate pursuing the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program in Technology Law & Policy at Georgetown Law. He earned his Law Degree, which is equivalent to a Juris Doctor (JD), in 2018 from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and received the esteemed “Leaders of Tomorrow” scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements. During his time at UNIBE, Príamo held the position of Academic Manager for the preeminent criminal litigation competition in the country and also served as Vice President of the International Law Student Association (ILSA).

With a professional background spanning five years, Príamo Simó has cultivated his expertise as a corporate and litigation attorney in the Dominican Republic. His responsibilities encompassed the development of complex business contracts and leadership in both civil and criminal cases.

Príamo completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in international company law in collaboration with the Universitat de Barcelona. Currently, he serves as the President of the volunteer team dedicated to supporting the non-profit organization “Service for Peace” addressing the issue of limited access to clean water in the Dominican Republic. Furthermore, he actively contributes as a volunteer with Global Shapers-Santo Domingo, an initiative affiliated with the World Economic Forum (WEF).

In 2022, Príamo Simó received the prestigious Fulbright scholarship under the Faculty Development Program, affording him the opportunity to further his academic journey at Georgetown Law. He holds the distinction of being one of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) delegates at the Student Bar Association (SBA) at this esteemed institution.
