Rujia Guo is a J.D. candidate at Georgetown Law and has finished her International Business Law LLM Program at USC Gould Law. She holds an LLB in Nanjing University Law School focusing on International Law and Comparative Law. Back in China, she did her internship at Dentons Shanghai and other top law firms dealing with international trade cases and cross-border M&A transactions. For 2022 summer, she researched the international business compliance issues in Center on Transnational Business and the Law. Her previous coursework includes trade, investment, comparative law.

Rujia speaks Chinese, English and German. In her free time, she enjoys photography, anthropology and soccer games.
