Xibei Li is a LL.M. student at Georgetown University Law Center. She graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2023. While there, she participated in the International Legal Talents Pilot Program and received her Bachelor of Laws degree.Her academic interest lies in international trade and investment law and the relationship between developing and developedcountries. During her undergraduate study, she won the Runner-up Prize in the 2021 China WTO Moot Court Competition which focused on the state-owned enterprises and associated enterprises in cross-border subsidies. Her thesis focused on the reform of the WTO dispute settlement mechanismin the view of the interaction between WTO and RTAs.
