The database collects IP cases from 3 184 courts.Researchers may select a trademark or patent item or issue and assess similarity through linking to case law for the practice of a particular court or office. Several languages are available but not all materials are necessarily in English. Statistical analysis of harmonization or lack of same is possible for the rulings in these areas of intellectual property.
