Research Consultations
Georgetown Law students can schedule an individual research consultation with a reference librarian for assistance with papers or other research projects.
After you complete a form below, a librarian will contact you within two business days of receiving your request to schedule a meeting and will prepare for your topic. Consultations are generally scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For students who cannot schedule a consultation during these times, we are happy to make special arrangements if you let us know.
Request a Research Consultation
- U.S. research, including legal or non-legal topics (Georgetown Law students only)
- Foreign and international research, including legal or non-legal (Georgetown Law students only)
- Legal history, rare books, manuscripts, or Law Center archives (Georgetown community only)
Special Collections Librarians are available to meet to discuss research in legal history, rare books, Law Center archives, manuscript collections, or the National Equal Justice Library.
