The Denny Center for Democratic Capitalism will host Professor Luigi Zingales for a virtual discussion, “Capitalism: What’s Working and What’s Not?”. Dr. Zingales is the Robert C. McCormack Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is also serves as the Director of the George J. Stigler Center for the Study of the Economy and the State, which is dedicated to promoting the power of markets to to enhance human welfare. Professor Zingales is also the cohost of the popular podcast, “Capitalisn’t”, which explores the ways capitalism is — or more often isn’t — working in our world today.
