Ms. Moody is Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Venable LLP, focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Moody advises high net worth individuals and families on all aspects of wealth planning, including basic estate planning, business succession planning, and transfer tax planning. Ms. Moody also counsels fiduciaries on estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. In addition, she has represented beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate and trust litigation matters. Ms. Moody is the current chair of the ABA Tax Section Fiduciary Income Tax Committee.
