Professor Jacinto is a partner in Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle’s international arbitration practice. He has extensive experience with investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and public international law disputes. Professor Jacinto previously worked in the World Bank’s Latin America & Caribbean department where he focused on compliance with environmental and social regulations. He has also been a guest scholar at the Brookings Institution, an assistant to a U.S. Congressman, and a member of the Board of Directors of Results for Development, an international development focused non-profit organization. His scholarly work has focused on international law, international dispute resolution, international organizations, environmental and health regulation, and public sector governance in developing countries.
