Professor Evans is a Senior Manager in the Washington National Tax, State and Local Tax Practice of KPMG. Previously, she was a State and Local Tax Manager at Ernst & Young. She also served as Legal Reporter/Editor for Tax Analysts, publishers of Tax Notes and State Tax Notes.
