Rob is a Partner within Washington National Tax of KPMG LLP. He specializes in the taxation of passthroughs and S-corporations. He also focuses on tax planning for closely-held businesses and their owners. Rob has significant experience within the area of oil and gas taxation. Rob is a frequent lecturer and writer on the taxation of partnerships, S-corporations, individuals, trusts and estates. In the tax community, he serves as the Chair of the AICPA’s national S-Corporation Technical Resource Panel. Rob received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. He attained his law degree from Loyola University and his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University.
