Jen Falciani HeadshotJen Falciani has been a Detective for the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey since 2014. She has spent most of her career in the Special Victims Unit but is also assigned to the Crime Scene Unit, Fatal Crash Unit, Cold Case Unit, and the Maritime Security Unit. Jen is also an instructor for the Cape May County Police Academy. In January of 2020, Jen became a Master Resiliency Instructor for the State of New Jersey and continues to instruct law enforcement throughout the State of New Jersey on the importance of resiliency in our lives. In 2020 Jen received the New Jersey Sex Crimes Officers Association – Outstanding Law Enforcement Service Award for her investigation of a sexual assault case that involved multiple victims over the course of twenty years.

Jen Falciani joined ABLE in the summer of 2021 when she completed the Train-the-Trainer course to become a state instructor for the New Jersey state-wide ABLE Initiative. Jen continued with her ABLE training to become a National ABLE Instructor.

Prior to her career in law enforcement, Jen worked at the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office in New Jersey for approximately five years. There, she worked as a Medicolegal Death Investigator, Morgue Technician, and Supervisor of Investigations. In 2013, Jen received the Office of the Attorney General – Outstanding Service Award for Hurricane Sandy.

Jen received a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Management – Health Care Administration from Wilmington University.
