Payton Groff is joining CICS as part of the Washington Academic Internship Program (WAIP) at the Ohio State University. She is a rising junior majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology and Law and Public Policy. Payton is passionate about working with communities affected by gun violence and helping them create meaningful solutions through advocacy and understanding. Beyond her academic and professional interest, she enjoys reading, hiking, and trying new foods. Payton is excited to work with CICS throughout the summer and contribute to positive change in communities around Washington, DC.
