Your gift to the Law Annual Fund makes financial aid available for students who would not otherwise have access to Georgetown Law. A gift to student groups, clinics, or journals supports students as they learn vital leadership and lawyering skills.

Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Day of Giving unites the Classes of 2016 to 2025 to support current and future students. You’re part of an growing alumni community that is shaping the future of giving back. You can help maintain a distinctive and enduring Georgetown Law experience by contributing to scholarships, financial aid, clinics, journals, and student organizations at the Law Center. Without your support, students may miss out on the same experience. 

We understand that you might have graduated with student loans or have other recurring expenses, but even a small gift can make a BIG difference. A gift of $5 or $10 may seem modest now, but it can support a student, a clinic, a journal, and others in need.

This year, Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Day of Giving is on Wednesday, April 22, 2026! Our goal is to secure 50 donors by midnight on this annual giving day.

You can make your gift in the following ways:

1. Online: Make a one-time or sustaining gift through our online giving form using your credit card or PayPal at give.georgetown.edu/law. 
2. Donor Advised Fund: Please list “Georgetown Law” and our tax ID of 53-0196603. There should be a place for special instructions, and that is where you can list the designation/fund or purpose for your gift. 
3. Check: Make checks payable to Georgetown Law, and enter your gift designation in the Memo line. Mail your check to:

1. Securities: Please contact the Law Development Office at (202) 662-9500 for assistance in making a gift of stock or appreciated securities.

Yes! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. The impact of your gift to Georgetown University may be doubled or even tripled! Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and spouses.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form (most are available online) from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. If your employer matching gift form is online, please send us an email with the confirmation number, if available. We will do the rest.
