Sam Rodriguez is an Administration and Communications Associate at Georgetown Law’s Center for Innovations in Community Safety. In her role, Sam supports administrative operations and communications initiatives that advance the Center’s work to promote innovative, effective, and community-centered approaches to public safety.

Prior to joining the team at Georgetown Law, Sam was involved in a range of research initiatives at Virginia Tech, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health. Her professional experience includes supporting human-centered services, assisting with program implementation for local county initiatives, and contributing to evidence-based research designed to address the needs of neighboring communities.

Drawing on her academic background and professional experiences, Sam brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work, with areas of focus spanning health and policy management, epidemiology, community outreach, program planning, and public health research. Her work reflects a strong interest and commitment in translating research and policy into meaningful programs, partnerships, and strategies that can contribute to healthier, safer, and more equitable communities.
