Hannah Hartford
Hannah Hartford (she/her) is a Fellow at the Institute for Technology Law & Policy.
Hannah received her J.D. from Georgetown Law and her M.A. in Security Studies from the Walsh School of Foreign Service in spring 2024. At Georgetown Law, she was chosen to participate in the J.D. National Security Law Specialization Program. While pursuing her law and master’s degrees, Hannah interned for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Transportation Security Administration’s Offices of Chief Counsel. Prior to attending Georgetown, Hannah received her B.S. in Radio-Television-Film, with Highest Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Fellow with the Tech Institute, she is interested in researching the intersection between U.S. national security, cybersecurity, and transnational cybercrime.
